  • What if I need to edit or cancel my order?

    You may do so by calling us at 407-818-1289 or emailing us at support@rocketrentalsusa.com. For cancellations, please make sure you adhere to our cancellation policy as shown in question 3 of this section.

  • What areas do you service?

    We service Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Orange County, Osceola County, Polk County, and Lake County.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A full refund will be issued for all reservations cancelled more than 48 hours of your rental date and time. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of your reservation date and time will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Can I place an order for multiple items at one time?

    Yes! You will be able to place an order for multiple items at one time.

  • When will I be charged?

    Your credit card or debit card will be charged at the time of booking.

  • What happens if I left an item behind?

    If you have left an item behind, please email support@rocketrentalsusa.com or call/message 407-818-1289 so we can assist in locating the item. If found, we can arrange to drop off the item if you are in town or we can ship it to your location (shipping fee applies, varies depending on location).

  • Can I extend my rental once I receive the items?

    We are delighted that you want to keep your items a little longer. Please email support@rocketrentalsusa.com or call/message 407-818-1289 so we can accommodate your request.

  • What is your cleaning and sanitation process?

    Strollers/Scooters


    Between each rental strollers will have their fabric completely removed, if able, and laundered using ecofriendly commercial laundry detergents. Fabrics that are not removable will be hand cleaned with an ecofriendly cleaner and then steam cleaned. Wheels, frames, baskets, and other hard surfaces on the stroller or scooter are hand cleaned with an ecofriendly disinfectant.


    Party Rentals


    Tables and chairs are cleaned with an ecofriendly disinfectant. All food related rentals are cleaned according to FDA guidelines.


    Moving Equipment

  • When and how do I get my rental?

    Our operating hours are daily from 6AM EST to 9PM EST. During checkout you will be able to select your corresponding hotel or specify a specific address and select a time for your drop-off and pickup. For guests staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, the renter must meet with a team member from Rocket Rentals USA to pick up or drop-off the rental. For guests staying at other hotels your reservation will be delivered to the bell service of the resort in your checkout confirmation.

  • How can I identify my stroller or scooter?

    Every stroller and scooter will be labeled with 2 separate tags. On the basket of the scooter or handle bar of the stroller will be a personalized tag which is created during the checkout process. On the bottom of the scooter or stroller will be a Rocket Rentals USA LLC tag to help identify your rental.
